ORDER

• We ship worldwide with EMS and all shipping fee will be calculated based on the rate when shipped.
• We will ship your parcel within 5 - 7 business days. Depending on the region and the situation of the courier, it may take an additional period of time.
• Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
• EMS tracking information may take 2 - 3 days to be available.
• Shipping fee will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination.
• If you wish to purchase additionally, you need to place a new order for the other order. Unfortunately, orders can’t combine.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES

• Prices specified on global websites are exclusive of taxes, duties, fees.
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.

EXCHANGE / RETURN

• If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please send below via email to CS@THEOPENPRODUCT.COM or leave post below to Q&A Board within 7 days.
- Name and order number
- The reason of an exchange or refund
- If defective, please send us email or post to Q&A Board with the images of faulty part.
• All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags).
• It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
• Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
